My dear friends,

I am a Life Traveler, lead by curiosity into experiences of seeking Depth and Truth in Existence. Guidance from many spiritual souls like Krishnamurti, Yogananda, Osho, Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, and Rumi has enriched my life and moved me in diverse directions. I am an Artist at Heart, living a life of Service, using intuition and intention in creation, and allowing Reality to unfold wherever the river flows. From Dancer, Choreographer, and Educator I have been transitioning into a spiritual Writer, Speaker, Coach, and Facilitator; walking the never-ending exciting adventure together with my brother and sister souls.

Potential Freedom offers a Spiritual Transformation journey for those seeking Happiness and inner Freedom. And so I say, 'Come, Come whoever you are (Rumi) and learn to Live Life Truly, Fully and in Abundance!'

We will move together into dialogue, self-discovery, breathing, and meditation, walking a path of going deeper within. Moving you into the density of Earthy matter, all that does not serve you to live a life of Self Love. We will find ways to empty ourselves and make space for a Lighter Life path. 

Remember how fresh air, crystalized water, nurturing soil, and the flame of fire are the elements connecting us to the space of life; the breath, flow, support, gratitude, and compassion of the Universe!
