Carola is a forward-thinking certified nutritionist and fitness instructor with a passion for brain health, performance, and wellbeing.

As a speaker, she has been delivering sessions on Nutrition and Lifestyle for organisations in Great Britain, Europe, and in the USA. Carola is a member of the complementary therapy team at University of Exeter.

She runs a worldwide corporate wellbeing business, working with teams and individuals so they can shape rewarding food and lifestyle routines that will last a lifetime - for better stress resilience, productivity and focus as well as a greater feeling of wellbeing and readiness for every challenge life throws at them. 

Carola's work is based on latest scientifically proven methods and strategies, as well as her vast experience of woking with hundreds of people over the years.

She has teamed up with clinical psychologist Dr Vikki Barnes and runs award-winning wellbeing events and retreats all over the world. Those events are based on Carola's and Vikki's mantra that body and mind are connected: both can be fed and trained for a healthier and happier life.
