Hello!

I am an Army Retired Veteran, Military Spouse of over 23 years, and a mother to a 21-year-old daughter and 18-year-old son. 

Since I retired in November 2016, I have focused on my mission to help all those who are suffering in silence from their mental health struggles.  My passion is to end the stigma on mental health and stop suicide. I have been tirelessly working on bridging the gap between our military and civilian communities so that we may all have the understanding that mental illness affects anyone. 

My life's purpose is to help you learn to live with your mental health struggles instead of suffering from them. I truly hope to work with you to help you find a way to live the fullest life possible and not be afraid to use your voice to ask for help.
